All design work done for a straight fee is billed at a rate of $40 per hour with a minimum of $40. Major design projects like new sites, redesigns, images, adding new pages or new functionality must be given a quote. A quote will be given after we have clearly out lined and agreed on the design specifications. Changes can be made once a major project is completed, but you will be billed $40 per hour for any time over 2 hours. All major design projects will require a down payment before any work will be started. The down payment will be 10% of the estimated cost of the project or a minimum of $50. The remaining balance will be due before the project goes live.

Design work is not refundable unless we did not design to the specifications that we had agreed on. Once we have started a major project you can request that we stop work at any time. You will only be billed for time spent up to that point. If we have not started the work you will only be billed the amount of your down payment.

Hosting fees are dependent on which hosting plan you choose. Customers paying for their hosting plan monthly are responsible for making their payments on time on their own. No monthly billing statement or invoice will be sent out. Hosting plans go from 12:00 midnight on the 1st day of the month to 12:00 midnight on the last day of the month. Your payment will always be due on the 1st day of the month. If your payment has not been received by the 10th day of the month your site will be turned off until you make your payment. Customers paying for their hosting plan yearly will be sent an invoice about 30 days prior to your payment's due date. If your payment is not received by 30 days after your payment's due date your site will be turned off until you make your payment. Paying for your hosting yearly means you agree that no refund, partial or full, will be made at anytime during or after the contract period unless RothCo Enterprises becomes unable to provide service. Any hosting plan that is 60 days over due will be considered dead, your site will be removed from our servers and you will need to start over and pay an other set up fee if you decide to continue hosting with us.

Hosting fees are only refundable under 2 conditions. If we have verified that your site was down on 2 computers (usually yours and mine) at the same time for more than 1 hour. The refund rate is the Hosting Rate divided by the number of days in the month, then multiplied by the number of days we were able to verify that the site was down. It is also refundable if for some reason RothCo Enterprises is no longer able to provide service.

All sites using our sponsorship solution will be changed about 50% of the revenue generated from the sponsorship. That rate may very depending on the amount of traffic that the site receives or is projected to receive. Once the work has been done to set your site up for sponsorship you will be required to keep the sponsorship ad spots in place until we have received enough to pay for the work that was done, either from our percentage of the revenue or by you paying off the balance. Typically this work is worth about $160 and your typical site with 2 ad spots should be able to accomplish that in under a year. The maximum time for this contract will be 2 years. After this time or the balance has been paid the percentages will be renegotiated to 10% to 30%

For all sites that are designed using our partnership solution, your percentages may very depending on the projected amount of traffic and/or revenue. Once the work has been done you will be required to continue your partnership until we have received enough to pay for the work that was done, either from our percentage of the revenue or by you paying off the balance. Your typical site will cost about $1600 to design. The maximum time for this contract will be 5 years. After this time or the balance has been paid the percentages will be renegotiated to 10% to 30%.

All RothCo Enterprises or Hosting and Design customers must agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

RothCo Enterprises is a Christian organization and will not tolerate any pornographic, hate or questionable material. RothCo Enterprises reserves the right to censor all material and to determine if it is appropriate to be on our servers. If any pornographic, hate or questionable material is found your site will be taken down immediately. You will then be given 24 hours to remove all such material. If the pornographic, hate or questionable material is not removed with in 24 hours RothCo Enterprises will remove it by erasing your whole site. If RothCo Enterprises has to remove the material from your site or if it shows up there a 2nd time your site will be taken down permanently. Since RothCo Enterprises leases our servers from an other company, we also have to answer to their acceptable use policy. If the company RothCo Enterprises leases its servers from reports any pornographic, hate or questionable material RothCo Enterprises will erase it in the same manor as described before without warning. RothCo Enterprises will not be responsible for any lost revenue or data and you will not be refunded. There will not be any exceptions made. If you have a guestbook or any other feature that will allow the end user to write to your pages or store data on the server, I would recommend monitoring it very closely.
